The enterprise had specialized in the field of the accountancy, audit and consulting facilities since 1990, i.e. before such activity was officially accepted in Azerbaijan. "Balance" is an official consultant of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Azerbaijan "Balance" and "Balance Audit" is the full members of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Azerbaijan, "Balance-Audit" is also a member of the Board of the Audit Chamber of Azerbaijan.
